Badges Are Back: Pathful's 2026-27 Recognition Program

Last year, educators, schools, and districts across the Pathful community earned badges for their Career Readiness and Development (CRD) work. Many of the top educators went on to share their success stories, giving other educators ideas they could use right away.

This year, we're bringing the badge program back for the entire Pathful community, and we couldn't be more excited to see what this network of educators accomplishes next.

Behind every badge is everyday work with students: career assessments, FlexLessons, and Live Work-Based Learning Sessions with professionals from the field. The program recognizes the educators, schools, and districts that keep that work going all year.

The Badges You Can Earn

The badge window opened at the beginning of August and runs through July 15, 2027.

Elite Educator Badge

Awarded to the top 10% most engaged educators on Pathful. These are the educators making CRD part of their classrooms, schools, and programs.

Top 50 Elite Educator Recognition

Within the Elite Educator group, the top 50 receive additional recognition this year.

Champion Badge

Pathful selects Champions by hand. Champions onboard new colleagues, share what works, and help the people around them get more out of Pathful. To nominate a Champion in your school or district, contact your customer success manager or email support@pathful.com

Premier School Badge

Awarded to the top 10% most engaged schools on Pathful. These are schools where CRD is part of the culture.

Innovator District Badge

Awarded to the top 10% most engaged districts on Pathful, where CRD has become part of how the district operates.

Contest Winner Badges

Two contests are coming this year, and each comes with a prize and an exclusive badge for the winner. We're still finalizing the details and will share them soon.

Where to Start

If you're looking for ways to build momentum this year, start with what students can do right now. Pathful has more than 200 FlexLessons, plus Live Work-Based Learning Sessions that connect students with professionals from the field. Two good first steps are the Interest Assessment, which helps students find careers that match what they enjoy, and the Lifestyle Calculator, which shows what it costs to live the way they imagine and filters careers to match. The Resource Center has more ideas for putting all of it to work.

Share What's Working

Educators who earned badges last year had plenty of practical ideas to pass along, and we'd like to hear from more of you. If you have a strategy that works for your students, share it through Pathful in Practice. Bullet points and rough notes are welcome, and most people finish the short form in 10 to 15 minutes. We write the post with you, and you approve it before anything goes live.
