What features are new at Pathful

A quick overview of what's new and how the latest updates support career readiness.

At Pathful, we're constantly refining and expanding our tools to better serve educators and learners. This page provides a broad look at ongoing updates — from enhancements to existing tools to the introduction of new resources — all designed to make career exploration and work-based learning more engaging and effective. It serves as a central reference point so you always know what's new, including recent additions like AI-translated videos and a steady stream of new features rolling out across the platform.

Career Plans update, now available: Postsecondary Plans are now Comprehensive Career Plans. Students can save, name, and compare multiple plans; assessment results and goals are built in; experiences, test scores, and FAFSA completion pull in automatically; and staff can comment and sign off on plans, with downloads that align to state graduation requirements.
Counselor Center update, now available: every counselor tool in one hub — certification tracking, activity tracking, and AI-assisted tools, now open to any staff or admin. Also includes ASCA-aligned use-of-time reporting exportable for accountability reviews, Common App college and scholarship management, and career and course planning in one view.
Global Search update, now available: search the whole library at once — videos, lessons, course planner courses, upcoming sessions, and scholarships — with semantic matching that finds meaning, not just keywords. Search by state standard code or description, and narrow results with smart filters by content type, grade level, and career cluster.
Other recently released updates: Lifestyle Calculator, Improved teacher view of student's MyTracker, AI-Translated Videos, Enhanced Experience Tracker, Alumni Access, and Reporting Updates.
