Pathful for Texas

523 IBCs. Two per student. Pathful was built for this.

The 2025–30 IBC list expanded to 523 credentials, HB 2 raised reimbursement to two IBCs per student, and the 2026 CCMR Tracker makes one thing clear: an IBC alone doesn't generate CCMR credit. Pathful and Jobready were built for exactly this compliance environment.

Texas alignment

Texas's compliance framework is specific. So is Pathful.

Every TEA requirement has a direct counterpart in Pathful and Jobready, from the PGP mandate to the IBC-POS alignment rule to WBL documentation for TEA program reviews. Here's what the state asks for, and exactly how the stack answers.

Texas requires

  • IBC + Concentrator/Completer alignment (CCMR 4S1)

CCMR credit requires IBC attainment and Concentrator or Completer status in an aligned Program of Study, both submitted accurately through the PEIMS summer window.

  • 2025 to 2030 IBC list compliance (523 credentials, 3 tiers)

Track each student's IBC attainment against the current TEA list, including tier assignments and POS crosswalks. Sunsetting credentials are capped.

  • Personal Graduation Plan (TEC \u00a7 28.02124)

Every student in grades 8 through 12 needs a PGP documenting a multi-year course sequence aligned to an endorsement, career interests, and postsecondary goals.

  • TEA WBL documentation (TEKS Chapter 127)

Career Prep and Practicum courses require training plans with four signatures, 6+ on-site visits per student per year, SOC code alignment, and PEIMS submission for Perkins 5S2 & 5S3.

  • HB 120 (2025): counselors must use current workforce data

Signed June 2025. School counselors must use up-to-date workforce data when advising on career and course planning, and manual curation isn't feasible at Texas scale.

  • HB 27 (2025): financial literacy credit for incoming 9th graders

Students entering 9th grade in SY2025-26 or later must complete 0.5 credit in personal financial literacy plus 1 credit in economics, world geography, or world history under the FHSP.

Pathful delivers

  • Real-time IBC-to-POS alignment view, all year

JobreadyCTE shows each student's IBC attainment alongside Concentrator/Completer status so districts can intervene before the June 26 Working Submission deadline, not after.

  • The TEA list built into the platform, updated automatically

JobreadyCTE maps credential progress to all 523 IBCs with PEIMS-ready codes and tier assignments, no manual crosswalk maintenance when TEA updates the list.

  • Digital PGP builder for every student in every caseload

Pathful CRD's six-year plan tool documents the course sequence and postsecondary goals so counselors managing 300 to 500 students have every PGP updated automatically.

  • Mobile-first WBL documentation, built for TEA audits

JobreadyWBL handles training plans and e-signatures, timestamped mobile on-site visit logging, SOC code auto-assignment, and real-time Perkins 5S2/5S3 dashboards.

  • Live industry connections, integrated into career planning

Pathful CRD brings live access to 45,000+ industry professionals across 5,000+ companies into the student planning workflow, HB 120 compliance built in, not bolted on.

  • New credit requirements enforced in the multi-year plan

Pathful CRD's graduation planner enforces the HB 27 minimums for incoming 9th-grade cohorts automatically, flagging students who haven't yet scheduled the new required courses.

Every Perkins V indicator. One platform stack.
