1.Interest Assessment

Methodology: Students answer 102 statements about preferred activities and work settings
Time Commitment: 15-30 minutes, no time limit
Outcomes: Provides a personalized interest profile and guides students toward rewarding career clusters (e.g., Health Science, IT, Arts & A/V)

2.Interest Assessment Lite


Purpose: A simplified version of the Career Clusters Interest Survey (CCIS)
Key Difference: Uses fewer questions (85 statements) and simpler language
Best For: Younger students or those who need a more streamlined assessment experience
Outcomes: Same valuable insights as the full Interest Assessment, with a more accessible approach

3.Work Values Assessment


Purpose: Identifies what students value most in a job
Methodology: 20 questions about work preferences based on six core values:

  • Achievement
  • Independence
  • Recognition
  • Relationships
  • Support
  • Working Conditions

Time Commitment: Approximately 20 minutes
Framework: Utilizes the O*NET Work Importance Locator (WIL) to explore career options

4.Personality Assessment


Purpose: Matches careers to personal interests
Theoretical Framework: Based on Holland's RIASEC Model:

  • Realistic
  • Investigative
  • Artistic
  • Social
  • Enterprising
  • Conventional

Format: 60 questions, 10-30 minutes
Outcomes: Creates a personalized career interest profile and provides detailed job information (skills required, education needed, salary ranges)

5.Skills Assessment


Purpose: Identifies strengths and matches abilities to careers
Areas Measured: Verbal ability, arithmetic reasoning, spatial skills, and more
Format: 6 timed sections totaling 53 minutes
Audience: Recommended for students ages 16+
Flexibility: Sections can be completed separately, though individual sections cannot be paused
Best Practice: Recommended once every 6 months
